Yes. We carry out sewing machine repairs where possible. Once we have inspected the machine, we can advise on the issue, whether parts are needed, and what the next step would be.
Times can vary depending on how busy the workshop is, the type of machine, the fault, and whether any parts are required. We will advise you when you bring the machine in or contact us.
Please bring the machine, foot control, power lead, bobbin case, bobbin and standard presser foot where possible. If the issue relates to embroidery or a specific accessory, please bring the relevant parts as well.
We will always do our best to help, but some older machines can be difficult or impossible to repair if parts are no longer available. If you have an older or discontinued model, please contact us before bringing it in.
